Today, it’s all about you. This one month you continued a journey towards finding inner peace.
From accepting the way you are, beginning the day with love, gratitude, and peace, cultivating love and kindness in your heart, decluttering your mind, focussing on the present moment, being more grateful, being happy without any regrets, inhaling peace to find inner calm, journaling mindfully, knowing yourself in a mindful way, letting go of the past, nourishing your mind with the medium of art, healing with nature, finding optimism, defining peace in your own way, quietening your mind, resting your mind, slowing down, tuning into your senses, understanding yourself, respecting your values, walking with mindfulness, exploring your inner self, to finding your zone of bliss, you had a wonderful journey with peace and calm.
Today, you need to look back and choose something to repeat that helps you finding calm. Because today it’s all about you and only you.
Here begins your day of finding yourself.
The task of the day:
Today’s task is very simple. From the previous bunch of tasks, you need to pick one or two tasks that you enjoyed doing most.
Sit in solitude and relax. Repeat that tasks once again. And ask yourself the question that why you liked doing that task most. Here lies something beautiful that will amaze you. Knowing one more truth about yourself is another wonderful way of finding yourself.
Like, I picked the task of self-compassion that I performed in the third day of this series. I wrote another letter of compassion to my inner self.
I did one more task. The task I scheduled for you on the 16th day of the series. That defining peace in my own way.
And while doing these tasks, I discovered I was doing another task unknowingly. That I was happy without any regrets. So, do your tasks and discover yourself once again.

I feel calm, I feel peaceful. I had a beautiful time with myself, I discovered some beautiful truths about peace, about myself. I feel peace from within, I feel bliss.
Write in your journal:
Today you need to write about your thoughts of bliss. As you gifted yourself a handful of peaceful moments, pen down your feelings and emotions. Whatever you felt and discovered, just write it down. It’s all about your experience, write it in your own way.
The last step of this process:
Before you leave the place, assure yourself by saying: “Today, I found some time from the rush of life to spend some blissful moments with myself. I discovered to quiet my mind in a blissful way. It helps to heal the mind, body, and soul. I embraced peace and calm with all my heart. I will let this state of bliss stay with me for the whole day. I will come back tomorrow with a new purpose and try to learn a new way of living mindfully.
I am here to receive more peace and more calm in my life.”
